You can use this file to create "library group" projects. Library groups are
collections of libraries that are usually used together, or are done so often
enough that grouping them makes sense. This does not prevent projects from
referring directly to specific assemblies; it only simplifies adding references
to groups of libraries.
To create a "library group" project, define ProjectReference items, then import
this LibraryGroup.targets file. To add a reference to a library group, just
add a ProjectReference to the library group project, as though it were just a
single library.
It is suggested that library group projects use the .proj extension, since it
is never useful to edit them using the Visual Studio IDE as projects.
